Amanda has a Masters in media and globalization from the Erasmus Mundus international programme in Denmark, the Netherlands and Wales.
Originally from the snowy prairies of Western Canada, she spent the last six years in a peripatetic tour of warmer climates. She has called many parts of the globe home including New York City, Shanghai, Melbourne and Dakar.
Amanda's work has appeared in a variety of publications on topics of social, cultural and humanitarian affairs. She writes about art, culture and the media and contributes to the Amsterdam-based online magazine The Power of Culture.
